“Friendly place- we arrived the minutes before they closed for their lunch but they never rushed us. The BEST vegan pho! Thin sliced tofu, bok Choy and mushrooms were beautifully arranged over noodles and tasty veggie broth. THE food came out quickly- and we ate quickly only because it was so good! They also had options for vegan boba drinks- nice seating outside, dog-friendly. And owner was super kind. Something I appreciated was the (homemade) chili powder, and and the creative toppings in the pho (instead of just tofu cubes or fake meat). We were on a road trip and I can’t wait to visit again- I would be a regular if we lived closer! Please try the vegan pho! Updated from previous review on 2026-10-05“
