We are Mammoth locals & love the Rolling Chef at both their event and regular locations. We’ve had several private events catered by them & are always very happy with their food and service. Anything with their creamy avocado sauce, yum!

Amazing food and it’s fresh. Must recommend
This food truck is one of my favorite places for lunch in Mammoth Lakes. Their food is very flavorful and service is quick. My go-to is the Havana burrito which I get with either plantains or extra beans instead of meat. Their agua frescas are also delicious and a refreshing treat for a warm summer day.

Didn't eat there, but cool pla e for older kids. The coaster is fun but a little pricey for one ride.

Recommended dishes: Burrito Shrimp
The Havana burrito with marinated pulled pork changed my expectations for everyone burrito in the future. Fresh ingredients, delicious pork, this burrito is possibly the best I've ever had. They even cut it in half so I could enjoy it now and toss the other half in my bag. Honestly, it was so good I considered buying another to have for dinner. I highly recommend eating here.

Absolutely delicious for a great pice. It’s in the parking lot of the footloose sports store. It’s a great little stop. Outside seating is limited. I got the chorizo breakfast burrito. Will definitely go back one day

Food here is amazing and the people who work here are very nice.
However I’m taking off two stars because they always close early. It’s nice to be able to come here after work or after skiing. Unfortunately we find them closed early a lot. It seems the amount of times we’ve found them closed between the hours of 3 to 4 is higher than the times we’ve found them open. It’s a bummer because we love the food but it’s hard to catch them before they close.
They should change their hours on Google if they always close early.

Food was great. I would rate it 4.5 to 4.6. Have to round up because it definitely is way higher than 4 but not quite a 5. Had the shrimp sandwich and pork sandwich. Fried were excellent. The fried plantains were excellent. Definitely coming back.

Fresh, flavorful food made with quality ingredients - we loved our lunch here! The lomo saltado with the aji habanero, if want to add kick, is fantastic.
