I’m 63 and I got my first job working at The Stove when I was 13. Such great memories! It was hopping then and I’m amazed they are still going strong. They have to be doing something right.
I went up to mammoth on a lark. I didn't think that this is the period after summer and before the snow. It was like the circus was between shows. However all the restaurants in town closed at 2pm. I arrived at 130. I will try again next summer.
Huevos ranchers were the best we've had, & we're from So Cal. Mini homemade pies were just the right size for 1 & delicious. Easy drive after wonderful morning mass at St Joseph's Catholic church
