The food is great, I always recommend this store to people from out of town, but today the over the phone customer service was rude and left me disappointed. Just hoping the phone experience doesn't affect the quality of the food that we're used to. This place was slammed! They were so busy with online orders that they weren't selling any pizza by the slice. However, we ordered a delicious pear and Gorgonzola salad and since they ran out of pears the manager gave us 2 free slices of pizza. All the food was delicious and the hospitality was impeccable, especially considering how hard they were at work with orders. Thanks y'all!

So grateful for the kindness I received from A Pizza Place! As a thru-hiker I rolled into town at 9pm, where most places had already closed. When I called they were so kind to throw a pepperoni pizza in for me last minute. Hungry for any real food, it tasted amazing!! but I stand by it when I say this was the BEST PIZZA ON TRAIL. Amazing family that runs this place, who set an awesome example of kindness and compassion for all. How you have helped this hiker will not be forgotten!
