Fishing With Dynamite

Perfect small restaurant experience... one of the best meals this year (sashimi, octopus, risotto all excellent).

The food was amazing. Must order the Peruvian scallops. The muscles and Seabass can't be beat. Best Keylime pie I've ever had, so don't skip dessert!

We love the oysters! Definitely the highlight of FWD. We enjoyed the clams and scallops perfectly cooked.

I've been here at least 5 times and every time the food and service is amazing. The menu changes and I always get to try something new every time I go! It's one of my husbands favorite places and we came for his birthday. It was a perfect meal and we finished it off with the famous key lime and seasonal apple pie. 10/10

Fishing with Dynamite is always a delight, we love this place sooo much we decided to come for dinner on our Wedding Day. Food always perfect, drinks are sublime, and you absolutely want to save room for dessert (the Key Lime Pie is the BEST, but try the others too). What really sells FWD tho is the service, which has been a 10/10 every time we come here. The inside can get a little noisy but that comes with the territory of being such an intimate space.

Food was amazing but the staff went above and beyond to make me feel special for my birthday. As always, it was a lovely experience.

Great food, good wine choices, lovely friendly service... but incredibly expensive for essentially a “beach restaurant“. I We ended up paying the equivalent $$$ that you'd find at a top notch fish restaurant in London like Scott's or j Sheekey. Nevertheless if you can afford it you won't be disappointed.

Everything was so fresh and so beautifully presented. We had rate oysters and scallop, amazing also cold noodles, tuna tartare, and shrimp appetizer. Our server was so sweet and lovely and helpful . Ambience is very casual.

The food is so good here they are able to turn their tables over three times on a Sunday night. Pretty impressive.

Excellent appetizers and raw seafood. Wine selection also very good. Everything we had was delicious.

I had been wanting to try Fishing with Dynamite for some time. When the opportunity presented itself I was delighted. Imagine my distress when my companion and I had to swat flies away for the entire meal. The waitstaff seemed surprised when I asked if they had a table fan to help. One was not enough and the second one barely did the trick. I was truly appalled. It really ruined the meal. I don't think I have ever been in a restaurant with such a major fly problem where the staff didn't seem to notice or care. Very disappointing experience, although the food was delicious. I can't in good faith recomment Fishing with Dyanamite.

I have to say that this has been one of my favorite restaurants for years. It's not just great food but a restaurant with love and soul behind it. The team cares about their guests and it shows. We were just there for our anniversary. Our server ( I wish I has her name) was outstanding. Excellent wine suggestions, attentive and kind. When the check was dropped, there was a hand written card signed by the staff wishing us a happy anniversary. (Chef's kiss) you guys are great. Keep doing what you're doing. The world and needs more places like you. Thank you.

Tight but cozy tables nestled in a small corner part of the building. They managed to fit an oyster bar and bar-bar which seats about 4 people each. It's bright and thoughtfully decorated. Drinks are created by master bartender (friendly and fun guy) and wait staff are knowledgeable about the oyster varieties as well as the menu. They treat you very nice for special occasions (my birthday lunch came with a complementary dessert that I got to choose). Many menu items are shareable which is great because it's a bit pricey. Wonderful overall experience.

The food is outstanding and the service is great. I love the intimate setting and usually see friends or neighbors enjoying their meals also. Love this restaurant - especially for a special occasion. Thank you FWD staff!

Sal (our server) was very attentive and we even had a great chat with Carlos (another FWD staffer) while we were there. My drinks were super tasty
