The food is delicious Sashimi was tasty and fresh. The service is amazing. Miso soup & salmon sampler were very unique. White salmon yummy and the scallops super fresh. Highly recommend
If you are looking for an amazing sushi experience, ask to sit at the bar with the chefs. They are super friendly and helpful.We went to Dash Dashi while on vacation to LA for my 40th birthday. Sushi was excellent, service was top-notch, staff was friendly. Only thing I would say knocked it down a rating was the calamari appetizer could have used a bit more flavor but I am being very picky. Still finished the whole thing! Not from the area but if I come back, I would go back here. They played electronic music, which I personally love, but can see how some folks may not like the vibe because of the music.
