Fast casual chain with a Tex-AmEx theme located in the Manhattan Beach Mall. Came here with a group of 9 and we waited about 20 minutes on a Saturday evening around 5:30pm prior to getting a table. Chili's is a chain and there are quite a few of them. This one is located in Manhattan Beach in a cute strip mall. It is right off Sepulveda behind the Olive Garden. Parking is free in the lot and there is a lot of parking. Sometimes the wait can be long, so I would call ahead and get on their wait list.
