The problem is they are short handed and burned out. I used to love going here, atmosphere was great, staff was happy and very friendly. On my last visit, staff was rude like they were in a bad mood.The hostess asked us where do you want to sit? Booth or pub tall table. We told her the booth would be good. Some pleasant booths by the windows were available but the staff wouldn't let customers sit there. One couple was directed to the main dining area and I was sent to a dark little corner in the loud bar area.The BlackBerry tea had an off taste.The 6 oz steak meal was delicious.The molten lava cake is always amazing.Parking: Parking is shared with the rest of the shopping center. When is busy, it might be necessary to find a further spot and walk.
