Excellent customer service
Overall customer service wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. The practices the company had implemented are kinda assinine; $.50 for "boost" which use to be FREE, charging $.50 to make a smoothie thick, and my biggest issue $.75 for 2 ounces of fresh o.j.
Now a 12oz fresh OJ is $4 and change, but because I wanted it with a smoothie I was being forced to pay $9 in addition to the $6+ for the large. That's just ridiculous. Now I could under stand charging $.75 based per size small...read full review
