Bomb ice cream. Only giving it 3 stars because of the girl working there, she was being chill at first. However I paid, and I did not tip (as I have the right to do? I have lived in Manhattan Beach for over 20 years and yesterday I had maybe the best customer service experience EVER in my life. I was not able to get the young man’s name but I have this picture here that he let me take. This young man was so warm and hospitable towards everyone who walked in the store. He was very patient with me and all my sampling requests which was probably annoying because I came at a busy time, but his positive attitude never wavered. His smile lit up...

This is my favorite Salt & Straw location! My absolute favorite flavor is the Salted Grapefruit Coconut Julep, I definitely recommend giving it a try! I usually don't write reviews, but I had to this time. Most of the time when I walk into stores, the employees seem like they don't want to be there. But not here! Yesterday one employee, Braydon, was incredibly nice and patient while I sampled different flavors. His friendliness really stood out and made the experience...
