Was visiting LA for a trade show and found this little place. Had the Last Burger and I have to admit that it was one of the best that I have ever had. The staff where polite and courteous and not over bearing. There was defiantly a very good buzz about the place and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area
Being a former sailor, I just had to stop by Shellback Tavern to see what it was all about. I felt like shore patrol would stop by and drag me out, which is a good thing! This is a wonderful little spot with a local vibe. Everyone is so warm, laid back and friendly. I tried their mango cart beer which is definitely a must try if you visit. A typical decor in a crazy atmosphere! The welcome was perfect, thank you Chris ?.A large selection of beers that can be accompanied by good tapas, tacos or a great guacamole...Open until late and ideally located, it's a must!
