We came on 7/22 around 7pm. The food was good. We usually go to the Cerritos location but realized this one is closer . Food was good but our waiter with the blonde hair and neck tattoo was super rude just because i asked her was it okay to sit on the patio. I was trying to confirm it was okay and she waved her hand rudely and nodded without making any eye contact . It was very rude and she did it while taking the people next to us order. Food quality is not as good as other outlets. The pork bun was lukewarm and tough. Used to be more tender.

The Shoyu ramen was only okay.

The service was less than ideal. Did not even look over to see that I needed a refill of my drink; despite me waving an empty cup. Perhaps more wait staff is required.

Disappointing experience compared to other locations.
I took the tsukemen ramen, the broth was way too salty, the ratio noodles/soy was really off. The green tea wasn't really good either
