SLAY Steak + Fish House

Great food, friendly service, incredibly loud. Perhaps go early midweek and call in advance to inquire about large parties.

Full marks, highlights included muscles, fries and onion rings. The first salad listed on the menu was fresh and delicious. The chef stopped by and the steak was great as well. Included twice baked potato was delicious and memorable.

Barbara was amazing. It was our first time at slay, & she was our waitress. Food and customer service was amazing.

My wife was violently ill about 6 hours after dinner. Don't know if it was the fish or the risotto.

Xmas eve at Slay has become our family's new tradition. As residents of the South Bay, we find ourselves at many of the Slay spots throughout the year. However, we always visit Slay Steak on Christmas Eve. The food, drinks are service deliver each year. Highly recommend. See you next year!

Great service, ask for José. Vibrant cocktails. Delicious food. All wrapped in a festive holiday beach vibe. We think we saw St. Nick dining there!

Our experience was great, delicious food, unusually good desserts made in house. Our server was fantastic. In short our disappointment centered on very small meat portions.

Food was authentic chef food. No corners taken. Rooftop was very beachy but had heaters and shutters available. Enjoyed the easy Sunday morning. How do you beat lobster eggs Benedict?

If you have not eaten at Slay Steak in Manhattan Beach-then your missing something. I highly recommend that you at least give it a try. Our appetizers, our drinks, our steaks were on point. The service was exactly what you would expect for such a fine dining restaurant. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Make your Reservation now!

Scallops and flat iron steak were superb. Service attentive but not intrusive. All in all a delightful dinner...as usual. Slay never disappoints

Wait staff most excellent very personable. I took my date for dinner for her birthday and we were taken very good care of. Food was great! Well organized place and ran smoothly. Great experience in dining. Will be going back!

The fish special was perfectly prepared. The fish was really good quality, with a well season sear and moist inside.
