Customer Service- Ok. It is tough to find great customer service nowadays. However, the young lady seemed preoccupied upon us walking in. I will blame the service on that. Cake- Decent. We purchased the dozen box for $61.50 A little on the higher end. Having that said, I do expect fluffy and moist cakes. The presentation is so cuteee!! This can easily be a gift to someone. You have sticker options for different events which adds a touch of cuteness. Flavors- I would say some are a hit or miss. The milk chocolate is by far my favorite. Lemon Blueberry was a little dry with very little lemon flavoring in the frosting. The cinnamon one was light. I have yet to try others but judging by what we have tried so far they are just ok. Mostly just cute!

Lives up to the hype. Perfect cupcakes in many flavors. Chocolate is my favorite, but honestly all of them are delicious. Usually get for a special occasion.

I've had Sprinkles before but never at this location. Upon entry, the lady greeted us and was so sweet and friendly. It was towards the end of the day so she let us know what flavors were still available or sold out. There isn't any seating at this location - it's more take out and eat outside or at home. You can order on the iPad/kiosk or with the worker at the counter. We decided to go with a strawberry cupcake and a raspberry French toast cupcake since that was their special. We couldn't find the strawberry cupcake on the iPad, but the lady was more than happy to take our order. Service was incredibly speedy. Cupcakes are like $5.50 each so just be aware of that since they are on the pricier side.

We had the special lunar new year Bruce Lee cupcake and it was amazing! Hope they consider adding this to their specialty offerings! Haven't tried the GF or Vegan options but love how convenient the location is. This location still looks super new- very clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. We had ordered online and it was ready and available for pick up at the stated time...when we arrived for pick up, we of course smelled the deliciousness so had to order more. It only took about 10 minutes total from ordering onsite on their tablet to being able to take our customized box home. We will be back!Parking: The time of day you go to Manhattan Village will determine whether there are available spots or not. We went at 11 on a Sunday with tons of spots available but by the time we left at 1, people were lining up for our spot as we left the garage.Kid-friendliness: Kids will love their decorate your own boxes and well, kids love cupcakes. They have Gluten friendly, Sugar free and Vegan options so parents will appreciate being able to still order cupcakes that are healthy without the kids knowing.

For the money it was definitely not worth paying. Very dry. Also, what's the deal with this shape? At least the Newport location has the stones to sell aesthetically pleasing ones to their customers.

The cupcakes at this Sprinkels location taste and feel super dry and stale. I discovered SusieCakes around the corner where I had the most scrumptious soft, fresh, melt-in-your-mouth cupcakes! Skip Sprinkles' sad excuse for a cupcake and rush to SusieCakes in the same shopping center for fresh cupcakes!

I love this location and I love having a location in the South Bay. Customer service is always great and so helpful and omg these cupcakes are amazing. Sprinkles red velvet has always been superior to me and this location gets it right every time. The space is very clean! The cupcakes are so fresh and decadent here! 10/10

Great cupcakes with vegan options as well! Stopped by during lunch to pick up some cupcakes for a coworker's birthday. The service was great, friendly and quick! I'll be stopping by again in the near future.

Excellent customer service One can only enjoy the special rewards of indulging in a sprinkle cupcake Treat yourself to a special treat. OMG- the new flash flavor/ limited edition for 48hours flavor is my new favorite and I had the let the photos speak 1000 words for me!!!!! The Coquito- *Inside the "Coquito" is a creamy RUM infused condensed milk. *The frosting is a rum infused coconut cream cheese and the cake itself is coconut

If you're a fan of Sprinkles, it is nice that they have a location in the South Bay. Located in the new section of the Manhattan Beach Mall, they are across from Islands. Great service, always friendly and helpful. My favorite flavors are the strawberry and red velvet. The vanilla and chocolate are not my go to.

I've been meaning to try Sprinkles for a long time, and I finally got to try it! I chose a lemon blueberry, while my partner and her mom got chocolate cupcakes. Cupcakes were $5 a pop, which is hefty for just a cupcake, but hey, they were *gourmet* Verdict? WAY too sweet. Now, I love frosting on cupcakes, but the ratio of frosting to cupcake was way off, over 3:1. It would've been fine if the frosting wasn't too sweet, but it was CLOYING, to the point it hurt my teeth. And the cupcake itself was just okay, a bit dry and not enough blueberries to stand out. Maybe it's just me and I just can't handle sweets as well as I used to. But Sprinkles' sweetness was overkill and too expensive. Perhaps if I were to try another cupcake from there, I'd change my mind. But for now, a cool 3 stars will do.

So glad we have Sprinkles in MB area, no need to drive to Beverly Hills. So easy, just order them and ready to be picked up.
