5 Best Barbeque Restaurants near Manteca

“Sorry I could leave more stars for atmosphere... . I got to say some of the best barbecue I've ever had waited in line for over 2 hours and they ran out of a lot of things. I tried the brisket and jalapeno cheddar sausage, coleslaw, mac and cheese and all I got to say is omg. If you really want to try this place you should order a day or two in advance online for pickup. I'm getting mine today at 1:00 and I cannot wait to feed my fat face.“

“I just want to start off by saying ERIC you are the man !
When I pulled in I was immediately greeted by a gentleman manning the bbq .
First impressions were really good .
The smoke filled the air from the bbq,
Was met right as I was getting out of my car which was really cool ( he’s in and out of the door bbq n )
When I walked in I was met with so much eye candy I just wanted to try it all !
I ordered a burrito and a tri tip sandwich.
I really was impressed with the set up and definitely the execution. These guys do an amazing job smoking all those meats . I had the pleasure of trying the tri tip and their chicken with some bbq sauce ( spicy ) !! So delicious!
All house made marinades and salsa and bbq sauce !! Bread from the best and only Genova bakery so you know the sandwich’s are top tier ! But they dropped a big bomb on my head ! I asked about beef jerky hahah they make that too !!!! But they sell out so fast I couldn’t even get some , I’ll be checking in on that very soon ! End of my experience was eating that delicious tri tip sandwich and tri tip burrito, all I can say is that I won’t be going anywhere else to get my bbq and burrito fix from now on ! Fair prices amazing customer service you can’t get better than that !!! So again thank you ERIC !“

“Person cooking food was not as fast as others but realized he was new. He still did a great job. He got the job done with care. Wish they would have more cooks available to speed things up. The lady who rang us up and served our table was really nice. Very short staffed so they did great with the 3 employees they had there. Food was delicious just wish there were more staff to speed things up and keep the veggies and meats stocked, and to get refills on our drinks.The egg rolls didn't taste as good as other places but the white rice, potstickers and their egg soup was sooooo good!We will always go back to Gk Mongolian BBQ.“

“This is a sit down family friendly place that’s noisy and chaotic in a good way inside Great Wolf Lodge we were not expecting such good food and service. Our server Donovan was amazing! The kids loved the grill cheese/hamburger/ salad was great and salmon was amazing. I appreciate attentive, responsive and polite servers like Donovan who likely don’t get treated like they should by patrons. Well cooked food and decent adult drinks at average prices.. loved it! These negative reviews are from a bunch of rotted souls, this isn’t a gourmet restaurant in a kid’s water park.. it was still great.“
