I usually love the burgers here, but the past few times I've gotten one, the meat is barely cooked and the buns are soggy. I tried once more yesterday and requested the meat to be cooked "well done" but when I received it, it was still blood red inside and I just couldn't eat it. I do enjoy the BBQ chicken salad though.
Lower the prices. I’m genuinely not sure how much longer this place can stay in business charging what they do. At this point, the only reason to come here is if you don’t feel like waiting in line at In-N-Out. And honestly, shame on me for even comparing the burgers to In-N-Out. The food here tastes more like a “premium” burger from the Jack in the Box across the street, except it costs way more.
