I have never had better Sweet'n'Sour Pork than the Silver Chopstick. Having worked at Orchard Supply Hardware around 2000, I used to eat lunch there every day. I have tried to find that same great sweetnsour pork from LA to Oregon and to the East Coast and have been disappointed every time. Every time I come back to town I buy extra to take home for later.He still remembers me and gives me extra food and soda. He a local businessman and his daughter is a teacher....
The "Silver Chop Stick" is the best place in Manteca for take-out Chinese that I've come across so far. I been going to this place for over ten years. I normally order delivery. This place is good and you can't beet it for the price. The quality of the food is great and the price is great. Family run and old school Chinese food. I normally order big orders and the owner is awesome.
