Just very slow service, I normally go to the starbucks on Union and Yosemite. So I was surprised at how slow the service was here. Many of us were all waiting around for drinks we had ordered online. My drink wasn't ready at time I was told.
This is usually my go-to Starbucks. Something rubbed me wrong on my last visit. I ordered ahead on the app. I was deciding to either pick up in the store or go through the drive through. I was already late for the estimated pick up time so I decided to just walk in and grab my drink. When pulling in, I saw a black truck at the end of the drive through thinking I'd beat him because I ordered ahead and was already a few minutes after the pick up time. I haven't been to this Starbucks in ages because I prefer Starbucks in Safeway. My friend and I decided to go there and ordered our usual drinks. My drink didn't taste good. I requested an extra shot of expresso. I cannot even taste the expresso. Too much milk!! That is the reason why I dont go there anymore. The place was dirty. They need to clean up the floor and tables ? ?.
