This Starbucks Coffee Company is located in the same parking lot as the Arco. Most of the staff is friendly, courteous, kind, helpful, welcoming, and always positive. The manager and batista provide great customer service at the drive through, asking if the order is correct and if a straw, stoppers, and a cup hold are needed. The team also works through challenges with a smile and calm demeanor. The food is excellent, especially the chocolate pistachio loaf, pumpkin loaf, and honey citrus mint tea. Drinks include a good iced caramel macchiato, Caffe Mocha, two extra hot white mocha, and a lavender macha. However, the store uses a glorified Keurig machine, which the staff agrees gets complaints because it doesn't taste good and is not strong. Despite this, the crew makes great coffee's and gets giant orders correct.
