“I recently visited RoyalTea Boba in Grand Terrace and had an amazing experience! This family-owned shop has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it a must-visit in the area. One highlight was the special boba milk tea they made for me—it was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the boba pearls had just the right texture.
Another unique feature is their merchandise area, where I found instant bubble tea kits. I bought one to try making boba tea at home with my family. While our homemade version didn't quite match RoyalTea's perfection, it was a fun project.
The shop is beautifully decorated, and the shelves are stocked with various boba tea flavors and kits. It's clear that a lot of thought and care goes into every aspect of this business.
Overall, RoyalTea Boba offers excellent drinks and a charming atmosphere. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the Grand Terrace area!“

“BIBOS Smoke Shop is the most Fun, Inviting, High quality, consistent, affordable, just all around absolutely the BEST SMOKE SHOP IN THE WORLD. You walk in and immediately are in awe because dude the displays are so beautiful, there isn’t a single thing they don’t sell. And if they don’t, they’re so inviting and nice, they’ll find it for you!! Let’s get to the best part PRICING!!!!! I swear this is the best priced shop I’ve ever been to. Plz do yourself a favor and go visit bibos! You’ll literally never go anywhere else again.

“We stopped by here on a whim as we were driving by and it was 100% amazing. The food was delicious. The prices were amazing. While we were looking at the menu, someone who was waiting for their food said that everything was good, and they were absolutely right.My group got Avocado Toast, the breakfast Bowl with Bacon, and a pasta dish and all were perfect. Plenty of food for a good price!They do also have outside seating where you can eat, and if you walk around to the side of the factory/store you can see a fountain!Overall a great experience and I will be stopping by again.“

“After trying boba milk and fruit teas in many shops, 7 Leaves comes out as one of the most authentic. They even have a kitchen in the back where they cook the taro and mung beans etc so that their taro milk tea doesn’t just come from a “powder” but from actual taro. I believe they even have a specialist in charge of quality control of their teas. All in all, they use authentic and high quality materials. It is totally worth the drive to find a 7 Leaves.
So next time you order a taro milk tea for example, elsewhere, watch them add the taro powder to the milk. Ask them where the powder comes from …. You’ll want to go back to 7 Leaves and get authentic tea with authentic food ingredients.“

“Their draft coffee and selection of bakery savors are my favorite for a quick stop refresher. Clean, bright open feel seating. Indoor or outdoor on the shaded patio. Great place to meet up with friends, family and associates.“
“Great place to study and grab something to snack on. Though it's busy a lot of the time, you can usually find a seat. The coffee here is fantastic, and I usually won't even drink it. Even better is that the revenue from the coffee they sell goes to a charitable cause. The décor is very modern, clean, and bright. Highly recommended.“
“This was our first visit, and my husband is a big fan of Boba tea. He suggested a four star rating because of the reasonable prices and selection. The only reason that we did not give five stars is that he felt the boba is a little tough. That said, he would definitely come back!“
