This place is always packed for what ever reason, and the lines are always long, and the people in line are rude as can be!

wife and I went to get groceries toilet paper and others. It was busy with the fifa cup going .

The footfalls are mind boggling and overwhelming.
I always wonder about the pizza..serpentine queues..but patiently all wait for the turn.
Soda..pizzas simply favourite..After hectic shopping.

Love shopping at Costco.

Can never get the kiosk to work right and there is no one to help. So standing there is pointless when problems with systems are ignored. Bring back the in line orders please for those who don’t want to use your broken technology. Thank you

Costcos food court is outdoors in this location which makes it easy to stop by for a quick inexpensive lunch weathering us hotdogs or pizza.

Terrible customer service. The guy working the pizza window was rude and condescending. I let him know that I called ahead 30/40 min prior and he told me to go wait in the back of the line. At that time, there were 19 people in line that had not preordered pizza.
It was totally unorganized. He said “I don’t have a manager” and told me to go inside the warehouse if I had a problem.. sooo I went to the return line and requested my money back for the pizza.
I paid $40 down the street (instead of the $11 I paid at Costco) but I would do again to avoid the terrible service I received at Costco.
I guess you get what you pay for. Totally disappointed

Girl could care less of a hot dog buns were split in half and all dried out she just slammed a hot dog in the in the bag and threw it at me she used to work somewhere where she's away from the public

Waited almost 2 hours (and this is including a hand full of people got refund or just left ) for 3 pizzas not employees fault but company should have either better time management or not allow so many phone orders if you cant handle the business

Very very expensive

I experienced extremely long wait times during my visit. I was repeatedly told it would be “another 10 minutes,” which continued to be pushed back, resulting in a delay of over an hour for a single pizza!!!! The staff on duty, were noticeably unprofessional, responding to multiple customer concerns by raising their voices and Victor was quite literally yelling at people to “just calm down” rather than addressing the issues. It appeared that more energy was spent arguing with customers than preparing the orders.

The experience was extremely disappointing and not reflective of the level of service I expect from Costco. Their customer service has declined significantly.

Pretty decent Costco food court, I like that’s coated outside. They have added the self service ordering machines where you have to scan your membership card. It’s been going smoothly but sometimes the machines are down or glitchy (not often though)
The line is pretty the same for any typical Costco but even the longest wait time hasn’t been too bad.

Overall a good food court especially for a quick food at very good price.
