After we were seated, we waited over 10 minutes to be addressed by any member of the staff. No one came to take our order or check on us. That wouldn't be so bad if the place didn't have bright white WalMart lighting and a ton of drunk people yelling at the bar. Horrendous atmosphere. We left without being served.

Visited with a group of 4 on a Friday night. Not a long wait to be seated, super friendly service, and food was on point.

Good place for dinner if you like Mexican food.
The food is very good, service is fine and there is plenty of free parking. A little bit pricy.

Authentic Spanish food is hard to come by, but this place hits the spot. From the second I walked in and heard Intocable, I felt right at home. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We came on a Monday, so it was chill, but I can imagine it gets packed at peak times. The whole vibe is amazing, from the lighting to the living walls everywhere.

And the food, don’t get me started on the ceviche. It’s insanely fresh and zesty. If you’re not sure what to get, start with the ceviche and finish with the churro dessert, which is crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Honestly, for the main courses, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Highly recommend!

Nice place for tasting some Mexican cuisine. They have a good selection of typical Mexican dishes and the salsas are great. Plenty of free parking, reasonable pricing, and good service.

Apparently they sell buffet only on Sunday. There is nothing to indicate this except the lack of staff to provide menus or take orders. By the time I returned with 1 plate to consume, my seat had been turned and taken. Not sure what the food would have tasted like, but didn't look great.

Love the Santa Monica location that has a more good hole in the wall good food vibe . Marina is bigger, more festive and a fun spot for groups. I had a pomegranate marg amazingly presented to me in a box with dry ice smoke. It was tasty and fresh with real ingredients For the happy hour lovers they have all the sugar laden well drink specials that look really good. I am a bit older now and need top shelf. My drink was made with a good mezcal. Worth extra $$. Food was fresh and tasty. This lot in Marina also has free parking. In Los Angeles, this is a win. I will be back to this location

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've ever had. On Tuesday, September 2, 2025, I was treated shamefully and unprofessionally by the on-duty manager. Her conduct was so unexpected that I was unable to finish my meal. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I would be willing to speak with corporate management about this serious issue.

This was the most ghetto Mexican restaurant I've ever been in the happy hour was not very happy the drinks are too expensive I went to the taco bar taco Tuesdays was the worst. $40 for one person in the middle of the week is a rip-off I won't go back

Went here for the first time last week for Cinco de Mayo, and it was a vibe. I love the glow-in-the-dark wall painting and the dimly lit, chill atmosphere. Food, drinks, and service were excellent. I will definitely be back, especially for the pineapple margaritas 🍹

Our Mothers Day experience was very underwhelming. Took too long to order, too long to receive food and drinks, waitress did not return to check on our table enough, request such as more napkins or more chips and salsa was either forgotten or took too long. For example, my party of 5 and a baby ordered guacamole as an appetizer. The guacamole came to the table, before any chips or salsa. When we requested chips and salsa, a small basket of chips and small cup of salsa was brought to the table that clearly wasn't enough for a party of 5. We requested more, took even longer for it to come. Overall, food was OK, drinks were mid, and everything took a long while to be served. It wasn't busy so I'm not sure why. My wife talked to the manager to express how our experience was going. He was nice and apologized. Gave us about 20% off our tab and complimentary desserts. On a positive note, my wife and I have been here before and our experience was the total opposite, from the food, drinks and service, everything was great the first time, which is why we considered returning for Mother Day.
