This place is great. The food is great, and the drinks hit the spot. The cucumber jalapeño margarita is my best friend. lol the pasta a la diabla with shrimp will not disappoint, I promise. Great service is a must in my book, and they deliver. The atmosphere, well, they have amazing decor, the music is on point that combine with happy hour margaritas and its a great evening at Kalaveras

Our waitress was just amazing! He made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. He was super kind and friendly! He helped us throughout the menu and made our time at Kalaveras excellent! Food was delicious we asked for some personalized meals and he was just so nice about it! Thank you Juanito! You we’re amazing!!!

The place was half empty Sunday evening March 24, still we waited a few moments before someone came to seat us. We ordered a chicken wet burrito which had a tiny bit of chicken in it, if any. The tortia was cold and like doe. My wife ordered Salomon which was alright, but other that the plate was filled with peppers only. Service was very average. Very disappointing.

From bringing my favorite habanero hot sauce from the kitchen to providing fresh, warm tortilla chips, her attentiveness made the entire dining experience exceptional. We had reservations and were seated promptly. Our server arrived soon after to take our drink order & also brought out the complimentary chips & salsa. We ordered the margarita flight and all 4 were quite good-3 being on the sweeter side. Our entrees were delicious. We had the tacos gobernador & enchiladas. I The restaurant does have a “club” type atmosphere which was ok with us but may be too loud for some.
