I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nonstop Sushi & Sake Bar in Marina Del Rey, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure we felt welcome throughout our visit.
The menu at Nonstop Sushi & Sake Bar is extensive and offers a wide variety of options, catering to both sushi enthusiasts and those who prefer cooked dishes. We started with the Garlic Edamame, which was perfectly seasoned and a great way to kick off our meal. The highlight, however, was the sushi. The Spicy Tuna Roll and the Yellowtail Carpaccio were absolute standouts. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the flavors were well-balanced and delicious.
One of the unique features of this restaurant is their sake selection. The staff were knowledgeable and helped us choose a sake that perfectly complemented our meal. It added an extra layer of enjoyment to the dining experience.

Got a salmon roll and unagi to go for my son to eat on his way to sports practice. Unfortunately after the first bite of unagi my son immediately said that it tasted bad and threw up.

The sushi wasn't the freshest, they wouldn't let you order individual handrolls, and the total was WAY too much for a not great, not filling lunch. I spent $80 for one person. I ordered 2 handrolls and 4 pieces of nigiri. The handrolls came as 2 tiny ones of each (smaller than normal when served in that style). I asked them to serve them as they were made, and they were still soggy. I couldn't tell if the rice was too wet, or if it was bad nori. Either way, it wasn't enjoyable to eat. I wouldn't go back.

This place is a must try! They have 2 locations I tried the one on Lincoln but the other one is in Santa Monica! Food was so good! Staff excellent! And the price was well worth it!

It is very nice and it was even one of my best dinners, until one day I went and saw some flukes near my food, I wanted to talk to the manager but he didn't even apologize since then I didn't visit them again

I can't believe I didn't know about Nonstop Sushi until now. It's SO good! I'm allergic to seafood to always on the hunt for sushi places that have good cooked, non-seafood options so that I can go out to eat with my sushi-loving friends and everyone is happy. This place is perfect.
Don't be fooled by the cheesy name and strip mall location. Inside, the decor is low-key elegant and minimalistic. Super modern and clean. Service is very nice.
We started with the garlic edamame, which TBH, wasn't my fav. It has an unexpected kick to it that I found unpleasant. For my entree, I ordered the beef teriyaki plate, and it was SO GOOD! Sizzling hot beef atop a bed of onions and mushrooms, with broccoli and carrots on the side. It's served with miso soup and a delicious side salad. It was very filling and reasonably priced. Can't wait to return!

sushi was so good and the service was so friendly! the food came out quickly and we couldn’t decide which appetizer to get, but after we picked one the waiter brought a sample of the other one on the house! everything was delicious will definitely go back :)

This sushi place is magical! Such a great big space and staff was very friendly and attentive. We had the jelly sake and that was so delicious we had to order another round. Now the most important thing was the food. It did not disappoint. It was so fresh and made to order. Had so much flavor and that popcorn lobster roll, fire! It’s nice to come with a semi big group so you can try a little of everything. Everything we ordered from the gyoza to the edamame to the specialty rolls…. Delicious!

Really nice atmosphere, delicious sushi, attentive service. All at a reasonable price. Loved this place!
My wife and I ordered the agedashi tofu appetizer, a sushi special that came with 6 nigiri + miso soup + salad + specialty roll (we ordered Hot Night) plus a couple extra a-la-carte nigiri and drinks. It was plenty for two and with tip came out to $100, we will be back!
