I had a really disappointing experience at Non Stop Sushi. I ordered multiple rolls including the Yammy Roll, Yaya Roll, a salmon hand roll, a baked salmon roll, and a cooked hand roll. First of all, they charged me extra for avocado, gobo, and cucumber, yet none of those extras were even included in the food I received.

What made it even worse was the quality of the fish. There was visible blood in the sushi fish, which completely ruined the meal and honestly made me lose my appetite. The salmon hand roll also did not taste fresh at all.

When I brought the issue up, instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, the chef responded very unprofessionally and said, “You didn’t tell us not to give you this type of cut,” and also claimed, “No one complains about our food, only you do.” Excuse me? When you’re charging almost $28 per roll, customers should not have to explain basic food quality expectations. Fresh, clean-looking fish should already be the standard.

On top of the food issues, the staff was rude, dismissive, and defensive the entire time. Overall, the customer service was terrible and the food quality was extremely disappointing.

Do not waste your money at this place. There are much better sushi options in the area. It’s honestly not surprising their other location closed down due to poor quality and service.

The man inside was nothing but kind to me. Im not from LA and my phone died trying to find my way back to my hotel. I went into Jersey Mikes and he refused to lend me a charger for a couple minutes. I decided to try here and he let me use it, offered me candy, and was so nice. I didnt try the food but with with their hospitality alone I will come eat here on my next visit. Thank you again!

The first time we went we were one of two tables. I told them “no avocado because I’m allergic” (very). Food took forever to come then my rolls came with avocado in it. I had two pieces before I realized and had to take Benadryl and hope I continue breathing. It actually looked liked they put big chunks then remembered no avocado and just tried to cover it.

Fast forward to placing an order this week. We ordered one combo that came with miso soup, a salad, 1 spicy salmon roll and some nigiri. It said it would be ready in 10 minutes. So I show up 10 minutes later. There’s 1 DoorDash order sitting there waiting and one couple seated. I told her the name we ordered it under and she didn’t know what I was talking about so she went back and said oh they’re working on it now. Someone else came in to pick up an order and his wasn’t ready so he sat down. A third person came in and picked up the done order followed by the second persons order being brought out. About 5 minutes after arriving a party of 3 came in and were sat. They ordered their drinks and sushi while I waited. Then their sushi rolls arrived and they started eating. At this point I had been there 30 minutes, which was 40 minutes after the order was placed. I went up to the woman who helped originally and said “what’s the issue here? I placed my order 15 minutes before this party even walked in and I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes now. She apologized and said other orders came in at the same time and mine was last. Even if that was the case the last order was picked up within 10 minutes of me being there. She offered me a soda while I waited. I waited about another 5 minutes before my food was brought out. I get sushi regularly. This order should have taken the 10 minutes tops MAYBE 15 if they were slammed but not 45 with an empty restaurant.

Food was fine but service is awful. After two attempts I definitely won’t be back.

We had a wonderful dinner here at this very unassuming restaurant from the outside. Clean, service is very good—Celine was so attentive with our drinks and food. One of the best gyozas I’ve had at a sushi restaurant.

Took my family out to dinner decided on eating sushi this particular night. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Tasted great service was friendly and everything was served quickly will definitely return in the future

I was expecting a hole.in the wall since the area looked busy and the surrounding buildings looked run down. I was wrong. This place has a nice building and very nicely decorated inside. Clean. Staff was attentive and friendly. The sushi was very good and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend and will be personally coming back for more.

Nice quiet place. Good music. Great sushi. Jessica Alba roll was legit. Yellowtail Carpaccio was excellent. Garlic Green beans a bit overcooked, still edible.
