For tacos in LA, Nueva is a tad pricey but worth it for the servers & atmosphere. You can make a reservation on the Resy app and they have valet available if you can’t find street parking.Seating:The patios are both spacious and dog friendly. Was planning on spending the evening at “The Little Friend” that’s behind this restaurant. The place was dead. So walked over to Nueva instead. So glad we did. Everything worked out well. Food and drinks were tasty and good sized portions. Due to the holidays, the place was less busy than would be typical based on our read of the place. Server staff was attentive and food arrived quickly.
Nueva is a charming Mexican establishment with a cool twist on some dishes. The ceviche is fresh & delicious and I'm a big fan of the octopus tacos. Plenty of drink options, great for a sunny weekend afternoon as they have a large outdoor patio.
