I always believe in giving credit to people who deserve it, especially since the service industry is a tough one, full of people that can be very demanding and unreasonable. Having said that, I ordered a drink at another location and they messed up my order, only to find out when I was getting gas at Costco. Since I did not have the time to go back to the other Starbucks, I asked the Barista at this one if she would please correct the drink. The Starbucks was very busy and she was incredibly polite for someone who was clearly burdened by the number of orders coming in. She quickly corrected my drink and did it with a smile. I cannot thank her enough, as we all know, coffee can make or break a morning sometimes....especially before a long road trip early in the morning. I hope that this Starbucks will give some special recognition to Bella, who was patient and kind in helping me, when she could have brushed me off. In my mind, it's experiences like these that make the place. The people working can make or break an experience and Bella definitely made mine! Thank you again Bella.

Never let Samuel make a drink. Horrible with customers. I ordered a drink with 4 shots and he refused to add a single one. And he refused to make it right. Manager Michelle nowhere to be seen.

Customer service a joke. Had questions and the guy who took my order answered them. The barista, Samuel, made my drink and the first one was so watered down there was almost no flavor. They remade it and I asked to confirm that it had the correct amount of espresso. He said there isn't any in that drink and the cashier is new, and apparently told us wrong so he wouldn't honor what I was told. And no manager anywhere on duty. Really????? Honor what your coworker tells the customers. His attitude was so bad that I am surprised he didn't say "sucks to be you". The worst Starbucks ever!!!

Cashier (maybe shift manager) texting on cellphone, total blank personality and completely disengaged. Did not say thank you when giving change and did not even say thank you when handing me the order. I asked for my pastry not warmed and when I told her I didn't want it warmed her response was "I already warmed it" and handed it to me. No big deal but her lousy attitude was enough to make me write a negative review. All of the other employees here are really nice and seem to enjoy interacting with the customers. Coffee was good. I have been in retail in my life and am probably more sensitive to poor service than most, so this review should be taken with a grain of salt.

It's great clean place to go make a pre order by phone so just to drive up and pick up they are very fast and efficient since I'm always on the go great attitude great customer service

I wanted to get a large frappe but I couldn't secure a loan so had to go with the small. Or grande. Or tall. Or whatever they call it. Sadly there are no public electrical outlets so charge your battery if you plan to hang with your laptop like a proper hipster.

One of the slowest Starbucks store that I have ever been to. The workers are just so slow and have no energy. My mobile order was not done in the time that it was announced on the app (3-6min). It was done 12 minutes after my order was supposed to be done. The workers just don't care about working here. Starbucks please fire and employ some new people that can say hi to people and look up when there is somebody standing in front of them. This is also not the first time it has been so slow. Every time I go to Costco, I stop by this Starbucks. And every time the employees just look like they would rather be somewhere else and do not even read what I ordered.

Very very very rude employee, I went in to the store at 7:28, I didn't know they are about to close. I needed to use the bathroom before I place my order. Less than 2 minutes when I came into the bathroom she knock the door in a very strong harsh way telling me they're closed, less than 30 second after she knocked again telling me they are closed.
