I always believe in giving credit to people who deserve it, especially since the service industry is a tough one, full of people that can be very demanding and unreasonable. Having said that, I ordered a drink at another location and they messed up my order, only to find out when I was getting gas at Costco. Cashier (maybe shift manager) texting on cellphone, total blank personality and completely disengaged. Did not say thank you when giving change and did not even say thank you when handing me the order. I asked for my pastry not warmed and when I told her I didn't want it warmed her response was "I already warmed it" and handed it to me. It's great clean place to go make a pre order by phone so just to drive up and pick up they are very fast and efficient since I'm always on the go great attitude great customer service
