About McDonald's

McDonald's, a well-known fast-food restaurant, has received mixed reviews from its customers. While the cleanliness of the establishment and the friendliness of the staff have been praised, some customers have expressed disappointment with the food quality and the level of service.

One customer noted that the fries were cold, and the chicken was rubbery, while another mentioned that the staff seemed to be indifferent to customers waiting for their orders. Additionally, a customer was dissatisfied with the way the tea was served, as they were presented with a cup of boiling water and a tea bag on the side, rather than having the tea properly infused.

Despite these complaints, the restaurant's food selection and taste have been described as "amazing," and the overall customer experience has been deemed satisfactory, with the rewards program being particularly well-received.
