Food is always delicious and our server was very attentive. They were super fast on service which was quicker than the last time we were there which I felt was lacking but it was much improved this time around.

I like the place too much.

I consider it to be one of the best in the area.

The place is nice and with a good atmosphere.

The service is good.

The menu is quite varied.
Everything is very delicious and fresh

Crab roll is my favorite.

In relation to price and quality it seems adequate to me.

The only issue is that:
1. You can't make reservations and obviously the place is always full so you have to wait to be served.

The recommendation is not to go very hungry.

Affordable for omakase and very delicious. The rice in the sushi was uniquely made and had a bit of a sweetness to it. I’ve never had anything like it before. This was amazing! If I’m back in the area, I will be a repeat customer.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp right in front of the restaurant.

Their yellowtail is consistently off the charts and if available the albacore belly is a must have.

They're known for their 'Trust Me' combinations with pre-selected options, but you'll have a much better time ordering à la carte if you know exactly what you love. Their 'limited availability' menu usually has delicious options.

Sugarfish was a decent experience overall. The atmosphere had the right vibes, but the space was pretty cramped, with tables close together, making it feel a bit crowded. It was hard to avoid overhearing conversations from the table next to us, which made it feel less intimate. This particular location is quite small, tucked away in a corner of a shopping center, which added to the feeling of being in a cozy, somewhat crowded space.

Despite the noise and tight seating, the service was impressive. The staff was quick to attend to us, and every waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed and took care of our table efficiently, even though the atmosphere was loud and busy.

As for the food, it was decent but not mind-blowing. We decided to try the $46 course, which gave us an experimental experience, offering a mix of sushi and hand rolls. While everything was fine, it wasn't anything that stood out too much, except for the hand rolls, which were definitely the highlight. They were fresh, flavorful, and well-made, really elevating the meal.

Overall, while the food was decent and the service excellent, the tight space and noise might not be ideal for those looking for a more relaxed dining experience. However, if you're in the mood for fresh sushi and don't mind the bustling atmosphere, Sugarfish could be a solid choice.

We had the best dinner here - arrived early to a quiet restaurant and left when the vibe was absolutely bumping. Great attentive service and food throughout

The food is great but their tables are too close together. You can hear everything other people say and no privacy for your conversation. Reading reviews of other people it is a common complaint from the costumers but clearly they do not care what we think because it is on going. Really disappointing.

Sugarfish still has a lot going for it. The staff was wonderful—attentive and friendly—and the ambiance remains as inviting and stylish as ever, which keeps the experience enjoyable. However, I hadn’t been back in a while and was disappointed to see that they took ikura off the menu, which used to be a favorite. The prices have also gone up, so it feels a bit less of a value than it once did. The sushi is still good, but it’s missing a bit of the magic it used to have. Worth a visit, but longtime fans may notice some changes.

I'm still uncertain how this place does it, but every time it's extraordinary. We've been dining since it opened and it's still my favorite spot for sushi.
