Danny , CBTL store manager and the entire staff are warm and welcoming. The quality of the speciality drinks are excellent and consistently delicious. This crew is the best part of morning !
I get the same thing pretty much every time I've been and it always tastes different each time. I've been there dozens of times since I'm a driver and have to use the restroom and grab a cup of coffee . You would think they would remember our face by now. I noticed they have some new people that work there and they don't look like they're happy being there. Very strange vibe. I'm gonna have to find another location only go there because it's closest before I start my shift

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is a corner coffee shop located in a busy plaza in MDR, known for its friendly staff and inexpensive drinks, most of which cost less than $5. The brewed coffee has an average taste. Marcus is now running the Marina del Rey store and he is fantastic and the whole staff are upbeat cheery and there to serve. The espresso is especially fantastic when placed in the iced Americana specialty. However, there have been issues with order accuracy, particularly with drink sizes, as some customers have reported receiving a smaller size than what they ordered. One customer mentioned that their extra-large iced coffee had too much ice, resulting in less coffee. A nice barista heard me out and refunded my order. He was so kind and quick, I really appreciated his response and compassion.
