The vegetarian coconut Ramen with grilled tofu was O MY GOD!!! The best I ever eaten. Tofu made in such a way that I enjoyed every piece of it (never before). Portion was just perfect for me (not too big to over eat, just right to feel happy). Broth was so balanced and rich. My mama said that it is the first food in America for her that she truly enjoyed.
And the tables outside in the porch made me enjoying the time of waiting. If again in Mariposa - I will be there for Ramen!

Excellent. Noodles made in house. Wine flight from the region. Gluten free ramen option as well. Service was also fantastic.
I had my very first Ramen here and it was AMAZING. Thank you for that great experience, really loved it!

We were thrilled to discover that a significant amount of customization was available for the ramen prepared here, as we adhere to a vegan/vegetarian diet.
The tofu was exceptionally tasty and perfectly marinated, melting in our mouths. The broth was both flavorful and comforting.
The staff is welcoming and friendly.

Recommended dishes: Mochi, Shoyu Ramen, Mochi Ice Cream, Sho-MI Ramen
The portions are a bit small and the service is on the slower side, but the drinks are very cheap. The broth is rich and authentic, and the noodles are springy with a great texture. Overall, it’s one of the better ramen spots near Yosemite.

This was so delicious! Great ramen, excellent service with both indoor and outdoor dining. Exceptional!
This place was fantastic. I did not expect the ramen to be so good. The shoyu-miso ramen was fantastic and the kimchi was great. We did a wine tasting with our ramen and the owners were very knowledgeable about the local wine regions. Loved the vibe and how friendly the staff accommodated us. Highly recommend.

As my kids would say the ramen here was FIRE or back in my days tha Bomb!😂🤤. Texas ramen places need to get pointers from these guys. Best ramen i have had, even my husband who is still warming up to it liked. Only thing missing for me was the Thai tea lol. But their flavor teas were refreshing.

Mine as well before, you might be curious why on earth a Ramen place at Mariposa can have over 4 star rating. At the first place, I thought most of the reviews are from local people who have not enough experience on asian cuisine.
If I visit Mariposa again, it would be about Yosemite, and I will definitely visit this restaurant again. The miso and shoyu Ramen wasn't the same with the authentic ones at all, but it was super delicious. Their ramen felt more close to Korean foods, something like authentic tofu soup in Korea. We enjoyed so much.

Visited the restaurant while staying in Mariposa. The food was delicious, staff was friendly and we liked the outdoor seating area. They have vegan and gluten free options for a surcharge. Try their Japanese beer, it's very unique.

I ordered Shoyu ramen with an extra soft boiled egg. The pork and egg were both really good. The noodles had an unusually firm texture. The taste was good but they didn't pick up much flavor from the broth. I don't know if that's because they didn't soak up much of it or because the broth itself didn't have much flavor to it. It wasn't bad. It was just on the bland. There was an option to make it spicy for a $2 upcharge but I did not order it.
The portion size was rather small for the price. I ended up eating again at home around an hour later because I was still hungry.
The biggest negative was that it took nearly an hour for my food to arrive. Luckily, I had something to read with me. Long wait times seem to be fairly normal here. Another time, I was quoted a wait time of over an hour even though it was only moderately busy at most. That time i just went somewhere else.
I may go here now and then but, with the long wait times and small portions, it won't be often.
