I recently had the pleasure of trying the Carrot Ginger Soup from Up Country Cafe, and I have to say, it was nothing short of spectacular—definitely the best soup I’ve ever tasted! The blend of flavors was simply divine; the sweetness of the carrots perfectly balanced with the zing of fresh ginger.

We were hoping for a sit down restaurant but this was fine. Coffee refill was said to be not as much as first cup but no price given? I like to know what I am going to be paying! A little more selection would be nice. The BLT was very good we wished we could have had the other half though. I know its far away from city & do understand prices etc. just venting.
A great sandwich that is well worth the wait and the price. Eric the chef gives attention to detail and freshness. Recommend this to everyone in the vicinity. Will be coming back soon.
