ROXX is the most consistent producer of high quality food in Martinez. They do a great job of everything they cook. It is and will continue to be our local go to restaurants when we need good food.Try the Chinese chicken salad and the Crab melt. Both consistent and excellent
Roxx has wonderful food in charming downtown Martinez with a wonderful staff! It's a nice joint for a classier date night, and mostly perfect for a casual but upscale lunch.

I absolutely love the food at Roxx! They have a great variety of options and can adjust to your needs. I've visited some of the most expensive and highly reviewed east bay restaurants and hands down, best food! Not only the taste, but the presentation and portions size is great too. Roxx can make vegan and GF options easily, just ask. I should have taken a photo of last night meal, beautiful, finished with an edible flower. They also have a wonderful selection of wine and cocktails. Oh, and live music year-round! Reservations recommended so ya don't miss out.
Holy smokes how have I lived here for a decade and not know about this place?!!! It is amazing. My husband made reservations for our 10 year anniversary. It was a bit odd that they told us we had to leave by 7pm, but whatever it was only 5:10. We started off with a soda and water. They brought us a delicious focaccia and oil/ vinegar. The bread was delicious, not oily. We asked for recommendations and the polenta was recommended. I'm not usually a fan of polenta, but we ordered it anyways. Let me tell you, it was delicious!!! Not mushy and it was zesty. For our meals, I got the steak and my husband got the pork. Both were prepared perfectly and were very satisfying. Lastly we got the chocolate mouse with berries- it was to die for. Needless to say, we will be back again soon. It's also really nice because you can feel the sense of community here. The patrons, servers and musicians all seemed to know each other. The folks next to us were super friendly and chatted with us. So it was definitely a special establishment and one that the locals love.

We had a 5:30pm reservation. We had not been served by 6:30 pm. Food was good. However, they only had 6 dinner entrees. They could have used more wait staff. It was very noisy, and then live musical entertainment began.Parking: I appears the city has allowed restaurants to expand onto the few available street parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: I saw no available handicapped parking spots. As a Service Disabled Veteran, I had to park several blocks away at the ferry parking lot, for a 5:30pm dinner reservation.
