It takes 30 mins to get a single latte here, consistently, every time I come. I want to come here because it is so close to my house. But every time I do, I remind myself why I don't! It is another example of a big corporation trying to get away with as few employees as possible for profit. Severely understaffed all the time. I feel bad for the people who work here because they all look exhausted trying to keep up.

I want to start off by saying I go to Starbucks EVERYDAY and sometimes twice a day and to different locations in the Bay. This specific drink I get, I get weekly so I know it's not the drink itself. But this location I've only been to twice, early December and a few days ago. I ordered the same drink on both those days, and both those days I got food poisoning. I don't know what the F they are doing differently to their drinks but I will not be going back to this location!

I've been going to this Starbucks since day one. Mainly because of the employees many of whom I have become friends with after they move on. I am there 6-7 days a week. I'm so disappointed in the change. There is only of the employees there now that are friendly. I have been treated rudely several times now. And one by the new manager ! Who literally humiliated me there after going thru drive thru then being told I had to get out go into store over a mistake that they made that should've been handled simply and right at the drive thru.this all took 45 minutes ! I left there in tears and I was furious. Today again rude employee I'm done I now know why the friendly employees have all left. I will now go into Safeway. I am one customer,I know. I was a good customer who spent alot of $ and tipped well. I believe you're new manager there has made everyone miserable. Update to my review. "owner response " generic insincere. Look at the other. Same response further proof of why this business has gone downhill. Response was useless

I didn't enjoy this place before it moved to the drive thru location and hate it even more now. It's closest to my house, which in theory is nice, but wow they are so slow! And since the dance studio went in...omg! It is even slower now with kids ordering Frappuccinos, parents blocking the pick up drink area chit chatting in groups, and parents taking up all the parking closer to Starbucks. I hate to ever come here.

I got a lot of Starbucks and I drink a lot of Starbucks and unfortunately this is one of the slower Starbucks. It's always got a huge line and even when you do mobile order it seems you still have to wait when you get there if you're gonna make a mobile order place here you need to at least give yourself 10 minutes to get your drink which is different than the norm for Starbucks.

Worst Starbucks I've been to. Hot chocolate was watery and the iced shaken espresso I always get was sub par.

I used to think the Starbucks was fine but after today's experience, it's a complete shit show and possibly the worst Starbucks experience ever. I've been waiting in the drive-through line for about 20+ minutes to get up to the window just for them to tell me that they close the lobby and they're no longer taking orders and that I just have to drive through the rest of the drive-through. at first I was like dang that sucks. OK whatever I'll just go to a different Starbucks. Nope. Now I have been sitting in the Starbucks line in the drive-through for about 20+ minutes, waiting for absolutely NOTHING because they wouldn't take my order and now I'm just stuck in here. I keep seeing Reddit reviews on how Starbucks workers are getting angry with their customers because we complain about their sense of urgency and "don't go to Starbucks if you don't have time". OK well I understand that, but I DONT have time for this bullshit and I'm not gonna sit here for the next 20 minutes. fix your shit and figure it out. If I could give 0 stars I would. NOW I SEE THEY TOOK THE ORDER FROM THE LADY BEHIND ME. WTF?!

The location is nice, but I've ordered at least 10 handmade style drinks with whipped cream and never once did they include the whipped cream. Asking explicitly and confirming it on the label of the drink didn't help. So I come here as long as I don't want anything with whipped cream, but I think it sucks to order a $6 coffee and never get what you actually ordered.

Food is okay. The customer service is not! They don't greet you as you walk in. Apparently, they like to socialize with each other and not greet customers. I had to wait 7 mins before putting my drinks in..?‍♂️

My friend ordered a regular and decaf coffee for him and me. Got them to our table, and we couldn't tell which one was which. I took them back to the server, and she said with an attitude, "we don't label our drinks". She made two more, and handed them to me without labeling them. Not nice, no apology, as if we were the problem. The music is also way too loud. Just not a very pleasant place to be.

This location is the worst!!! The employees are not properly trained. I wanted to redeem my points, they charged me the balance I had on the app and ALSO redeemed my points (taking 5.05 that was left on my app) and THEN when I called about it the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, didn't listen to what I was saying at all and advised I would have to go back and wait in line for a refund and stated she was holding up the line by even being on the phone with me, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I belive she said her name was Anita.

Quite possibly the worst service Starbucks in the country. Completely unorganized, mismanaged and excessively slow if they happen to get your order correct. The Safeway Starbucks, which is in the same shopping center is 10 times more efficient with one person working.
