Only 3 people working both the counter and drive through at 5 pm on a weekday. We’ve all been waiting well over 20 mins for our drinks at this point. I don’t even want my coffee this late in the day, when and if it’s ever ready.
I think if you’ll have more than a five minute wait for your drink, they really need to let you know before you place an order. Even a sign at the front counter that alerts the customer that they’re backed up would be quite helpful.

Molly at this location is the most amazing friendly & helpful barista. She is always a ray of sunshine even when super busy. She’s a master at multi-tasking & quick. This Starbucks is alright. I love the atmosphere of it for getting work done, but there’s only a few comfortable tables, for that. Many are comfortable enough just to sit and have your food on it. They also have a pretty large amount of outdoor seating. I understand that they get busy a lot, but their bathrooms are terrible. The communal sink rarely has soap. There is constantly fecal matter on the floor of their bathrooms and they’re just not clean. They also aren’t that...
