William Welch Tasting room offers a unique wine tasting experience with a knowledgeable and welcoming host. The owner, Steve, is a keen winemaker who takes special care to craft amazing flavors in his wines, both red and white. Although there's no food available, visitors are encouraged to bring their own. The wine selection includes a 2016 Zinfandel and a port-like wine. Guests can attend evening events, and if they purchase wine, their tasting fee is waived. The venue is a nice intimate space in downtown Martinez, making it an ideal spot to enjoy local wine and history.
