Reservation highly recommended, it gets busy. The duck and bolognese were good, but the show stopper was the butter that went with the bread

Loved the seared duck and chorizo octopus. We also got the salmon risotto
- the salmon was nice but the risotto was underwhelming. Suggest the server to mention price for special dishes of the day.

Outstanding dinner at Cafe Beaujolais! I had the local black cod, which came with mushrooms, beets and bok choy. I was so impressed with the flavor and creativity of the dish. Truly a dish I will be thinking about for a long time. Our table ordered the mussels appetizer (special of the day) which had andouille sausage, and the broth was so good, we found ourselves scooping up every last drop. Others in my group ordered salmon, filet mignon, ling cod and corn ravioli and everyone also loved their meal.
The service was excellent - warm, attentive and inviting. The place is charming and reminded us of a European restaurant. My family was in Mendocino for 4 days, and we all agreed that one of the favorite parts of the trip was eating at Cafe Beaujolais!

Top quality coffee in symbiosis with a brick oven pizzeria and a garden style backyard.

Are here 2x while staying at their sister hotel next door. Damn fine dining! The black cod with bok choy, beets, and house made mushroom duxelles with truffle emulsion was addictive. The Cioppino with halibut, clams, mussels, and shrimp was light and the fish perfectly cooked (not tough). We always dine here when in town.

We were driving by and unfortunately had no chance to make the reservation, but the option to grab takeout and dine on the magical backyard patio was even more desirable. Thank you for such a welcoming service and for that incredibly delicious food! Honestly, it was my first time eating foie gras out of a plastic container, but sucraface paid off anyway and I got no less joy for sure!

Like others, we found the vegan pizza at the Brickery (part of Café Beaujolais) to be divine. Chose the pesto sauce over the red sauce, and didn’t regret it.

This place wouldn’t even let you in and say that they’re completely booked. Do not recommend.

Possibly the best meal experience of a 10 day wine trip. Wonderful food and attentive service, good wine and generally surrounded by fellow foodies at the other tables
