Absolutely superb dinner in every way. I had a pork chop, while others at my table enjoyed swordfish, ahi tuna, and the shrimp burrito. My pork chop was the best I have ever had. The sauces on the entrees were nothing short of exceptional, and the meats were cooked perfectly.
We also enjoyed a bottle of the Navarro pinot noir, a perfect accompaniment.

We've been going to Mendocino every summer for over a decade. We found the Mendocino Cafe to be only reasonably priced restaurant and loved the food.
This year we were disappointed by the price increase. I used to always get the Pasta Florentine which was $20 or $22. Now it was $30 which meant all the another restaurants were now competitive.
We also used to get the Chocolate Mousse for dessert but the last couple of times they did...

Got the Thai burrito and the healing bowl, both were incredible and hefty portions. Everything is very reasonably priced considering it’s all locally grown.
The desserts are INCREDIBLE! We ordered 3: cheesecake, key lime, carrot cake— legitimately best desserts I’ve ever had.
