We are so glad we were able to have Shani make our desserts for our wedding last June in Mendocino. She was able to make all the desserts vegan and they were absolutely delicious. We had strawberry shortcake, strawberry rhubarb pies, chocolate covered strawberries, biscottis, and fruit tarts. The design of everything was so beautiful, she has great attention to detail. Our guests loved everything, the desserts were gone quickly! Shani was such a pleasure to work with when figuring out what we wanted for the desserts. Shani was one of the first vendors after our venue that my partner and I hired for our wedding last July! It was so easy to work with her and the desserts she made were beautiful and delicious. We were able to do a testing of cake and frosting flavors and then mix and match from there. We ended up doing a carrot cake plus vegan chocolate cupcakes for our vegan guests. We sent her just a few inspiration photos and yet she was able to create exactly what we wanted. Truly, Shani is an artist!

Shani made the donuts for our wedding in Mendocino. It turns out it was harder than we'd expected to find someone who could do that but Shani came through spectacularly. I think we actually ran out of donuts almost at the same time as dinner was finished. A testament to just how good the donuts were. Would absolutely trust her to handle any baked treats no questions asked!
