The food here is disgusting, to say the least. Incredibly greasy, my grilled cheese was cold, and I even found a hair in the salad. The service here is lacking and the atmosphere is not welcoming and not worth your time. Highly would not recommend this place, as you can easily go to Mendocino Cafe down the street.
I usually don't do reviews but stopped by while visiting the area. The food was ok, but why I am giving such a low score was the coffee and attitude of the staff. My first cup was burnt and when I asked for a replacement I received some attitude back almost like how dare I ask for a replacement coffee. When I finally got the next cup it wasn't much better and we were ready to go. Instead of dealing with the attitude again we paid cash and left. My family and I won't be going back
When other restaurants were overflowing with people on the 4th of July this was the only place that seemed to have no-one standing outside their doors. I decided to check them out and was greeted with "No masks allowed" sign immediately inside. Why would they want to dictate that? I would not recommend this place to anyone.
First Mendocino pit stop for lunch.Friendly, helpful staff - happily catered to my fussy details. The chef even came up to ask if I want my bread buttered - thanks for being so considerate and tolerating my finicky palate. My boyfriend enjoyed his sloppy joe's just as I did my Beyond burger on sourdough.Conveniently located, perfect for a quick bite in a comfortable spot with big windows capturing the sun; alternatively grab to-go and enjoy the beauty of Mendocino with your food.
They had good food and a great staff. They treated me like a human, even though medical issues prevent me from wearing a mask. I have been attacked at so many other businesses for trying to explain my medical issues. Finding a place that didn’t treat me like a sub human was refreshing. I liked them so much - I bought a shirt. Goodbye friends.
Great food and awsome people working here and the friendliest dog ever
While California state mask restrictions were still in place. This establishment decided it was well within their rights to penalize law abiding citizens who wanted to ensure their safety and the safety of others by wearing a mask while ordering. That's right- the owner wants anyone who "wears a mask while placing the order" or those "caught bragging about their vaccine" to pay a $5 surcharge. Yup, that's FREEDOM!If you've lost anyone to COVID- the owners of this fine establishment are part of the problem. Take your business elsewhere.
Great coffee, great patriot and awesome breakfast egg sandwich. Give me the egg sandwich or give me death! Loved it
Loved the young lady playing music and the BLT was delish.
Very nice, great food, and great music ??

Literally the most disgusting food and coffee. Low quality and greasy and the owner was super rude.
Delicious BLT and fries. A small and cozy place with great service and patrons. I'm happy to support this place. Cash only
I stop here often for their bacon egg and cheese sandwich was is out of this world. The owner is community minded and has a fund raising going on that I fully agree with. I go for the food and service. If you want to make a good meal political, PLEASE go elsewhere.
Love this place, the burgers are delicious and its a fun place to hang out with friends and family. I just heard their landlord are forcing them to close, I am SO VERY sad this will happen to a wonderful place within the community....Very sad individual the landlord of this property is for sure, basing decisions on politics. Pray they come to their senses and change their mind!
I purchased the 'mask or muzzel' tee-shirt they were offering. I'm so excited about it. Love this company/cafe.
