Pizza Factory offers delicious pizza and a friendly atmosphere. They value their customers and strive for good service. While there have been issues with their phone system, which can make it difficult to order or seek customer service, the food remains highly praised by those who dine-in or receive delivery. Many customers appreciate the excellent service and the quality of the food. Truck drivers, in particular, enjoy the generous tips and excellent food, especially the crust and wings. Recent visitors have noted the quick service and helpful staff, with one customer recalling fond memories from their visit after many years.
