I've lived off Bundy Canyon for over 30 years, and recall when the store was "Englehart's", with a gas pump by the big rock.
I was in the USMC then, commuting to CamPen (I was able to fly down an empty Bundy Canyon Rd. and past dirt Los Alamos & Murr Hot Springs exits) and on Old 395!
After becoming a civilian, I commuted to Perris, and got remarried. I often got gasoline at that pump, and my sons had happy moments climbing that rock! Now, I have been
