Went in today, and the worker has the worst attitude. It’s like you had to get the words out of him forcefully. All of these businesses need to do better in focusing on good customer service and good attitude.
The acaí bowls were decent—fresh fruit and nicely presented—but the base could’ve used more flavor and a touch more sweet. Not bad overall, just missing that extra something to make it memorable.
I came in to pick up an order I had placed 20 minutes earlier. Upon arriving, I waited at the counter for another 15 minutes before anyone looked up to assist me. I understand the store was busy, and I am one of many customers they graciously serve each day, but a brief acknowledgment would have made all the difference. When I was finally greeted by a kind and professional staff member, she promptly handed me my drink, which had clearly been prepared and waiting in the cooler....
