Definitely the best spot for a healthy protein shake or a enery drink! They also have kids sizes avaliable. Such a better alternative to Starbucks or other unhealthy shake places. The customer service is amazing! Don't be afraid to ask for help finding the right drink for you. 🔥👌
My favorite place to get breakfast! I always get the elevated tea and a muscle meal shake, and I usually get the same thing. I switch it up from time to time, and it let me to this. I got the new tea, called the Teana, which was created by the lovely Tina who works there. And for the shake I got a caramel mocha latte, because I love coffee. Can't go wrong with this establishment, especially if you love health and fitness, and want to keep the weight off.
This is the SPOT ! Im so happy I came here after my leg workout as a first timer , staff sooo nice very welcoming and explained their menu to me . I will be coming here every-time i need a protein or energy drink !
