“Had the pleasure of dining here this evening with my eldest son and what a lovely dinner we had.
We started with Ronnie’s Focaccia & Whipped Fresh Ricotta, which was a suggestion from Jade who came by to check on us a few times, the dish was phenomenal, the focaccia warm and fresh! For dinner we shared the Roasted Potato Puree, Coriander Roasted Baby Carrots, Ora King Salmon and Baja Striped Bass. The flavors in each bite were curated to perfection, not to mention how gorgeous each dish was presented. Our server Emaleigh was attentive and sweet.
We also had the pleasure of being served by Caymen, who was there when we needed him. Here are a few of thee other folks that made our evening: Andy, Skye & Lori who greeted us upon arrival with a warm welcome.
Dan, the GM who checked on us throughout our stay, very professional and all around, kind. I loved that he walked around touching tables and checking on other guest's, ensuring everyone was enjoying themselves. We also had the pleasure of running into Victoria who used to work out by the pools. Always a sweetheart with such a cute giggle.
Ended our meal with a Fresh Warm Apple Galette topped with vanilla ice cream (another one of Jade’s suggestions)
