I feel like every 2/3 trips to this Starbucks are bad. The drinks are always messed up to some extent. I’ve never seen someone put an entire scoop of frappe chips just in the bottom of the drink and just NOT blend it. Like I’m sorry, that’s just plain carelessness. How do you plan to drink square sized chips through a small round straw?? lol I hate that this is the only legit Starbucks in the main area of Menifee.

Waited way too long for two iced teas. When I questioned the barista, she (jordan) said with a snooty attitude, "well were behind", really? You could've atleast been nice about it. I ended up canceling my order after waiting 25 minutesCOME ON STARBUCKS!!

Each time I go to this place to pick up my wife and kid's drinks I regret saying yes to picking up the drinks up. It's dirty; wait time is really long and the drinks don't always come at the same time; way too much ice on the cold drinks even if asked to put light ice; each time the drinks are different (sometimes it's too sweet, at other times it doesn't taste like what you ordered e.g., pumpkin spice.).
Always a consistent experience. Coffee and Coffee Cake or Scones. Great way to start the day.

This restaurant has a very cool atmosphere but it is very very loud inside. Our waiter was very attentive and took very good care of us.I would definitely go back!
I understand starbucks is a fast pace environment with their drive through. Every Starbucks I've ever been to, workers never stop moving and doing. This is the WORST starbucks ever!! Waited 5 minutes inside before being greeted by an annoyed employee. Ordered only a cake pop for my child as a treat. Waited another 10 minutes. For a cake pop. Walked over to the counter to see the employee just chatting it up with another employee. Then rudely handed me my bag and walked away. Not a peep from this man/boy. Start waking out the door to find the wrong order in my hand. Apparently they were out of the cake pop I ordered and this person couldn't be bothered to say sorry we are out can I get you something different. Just straight up gave me something else. The laziness, rudeness, lack of communication, if your not into customer service, GET A NEW JOB.
