Good to see they were so busy. Much better food than other fast food restaurants. Glad to see they are starting to see more special offers if you are part of their loyalty program. Everyone is looking for good deals right now. It's getting too expensive to eat out.

Staff were not friendly. They charged us for the smallest cup of ranch even though we spent $30 dollars of food. They food quality has gone down i remember going there and the burgers being really good. Don’t think I’m going to be going back there unfortunately.

Ate there today with my family. Ordered a burger combo & asked if I could substitute the fries for onion rings. Alex who was attending me said of course. So when I get my receipt I look at it & I was charged 4.99 for the onion rings 🤔 I asked her why the charge and she said “you wanted onion rings instead of fries.” She never informed me that there is an extra charge to substitute. Instead she argued back and forth with me. Horrible customer service on her behalf....
