“Food was good. However, the cashiers were busy cleaning up for the night vs taking care of customers. It wasn’t late, either. It was around 7:30 or 7:45 on a Sunday. The cleaners they use are very strong. Very pinesol or something like that. Glad I got food to go because I wouldn’t want to have smelled the cleaners during dinner. Dining room had zero vibe.“

“Went in the other night literally 3 minutes before close (I didn’t realized they closed to early) and everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating when they didn’t have to be. Jerry and Diego were two people who really stood out to me with their willingness to help and great customer service, but the cooks in the back were all smiles and kind as well. “First time for me as my brother suggested it when I was in Menifee a couple weeks back. It did not disappoint. Good size chunks of chicken and carne asada in my tacos. The hot sauce and salsa for the chips was excellent (the orange stuff is very hot but almost addicting), in fact I brought home our extras. Very nice atmosphere. Got there before the lunch line. Will definitely be going back.“

“Went with my friends and enjoyed a good bowl, spoke to the manager since they are new and he was very Friendly. The staff are very polite although I believe they can be a bit more spunk. Definitely a to go place and very clean. Good flavor and fresh items weekly. Price is right and my favorite new Poki spot. Highly recommend this place will go again soon“

“Red Robin. I have a love hate relationship with this location. Service has been iffy over the last 15 years. My thing is if you bring me a refill of soda without me asking you are good. That’s it. Recently it’s been better. But how did they come up with Red Robin the name? Was it created alongside the Chuck Entertainment Cheese Era? And they thought we need a freakin mascot or we will be left behind? They got together and said what has everyone loved since the beginning of time? Some said Family? No. Some said love? No. Then it was obvious. Red Robin’s. Everyone knows a lot about them and loves them. Chuck E Cheese was the premium bday setup when I was little. So much fun. Anyway. Red Robin’s. Great birds. Great burgers.“

“Unprofessional Behavior from staff , Evident descriminatory behavior for customer in drive thru, Extended unnecessary wait time in drive thru 10 min before acknowledging customer in drive through and order then another 20 minutes to wait for only a drink order only 1 car ahead of me no cars behind when asked for Managers name bullying customer would not give name and told should of come in. I chose drive thru for disability this is descrmination cost 1/4 tank of Gas to be treated unprofessionally, bullied and discriminated against and just out right ignored in all respects“

“I have ordered many times from them. I am disabled so have to home delivery. The one thing they need to do is add extra sauces on their to go menu. I can't call because I cannot speak. You never give enough sauces but your competitors gives us plenty. Tonight I ordered five people and got one sauce for all of us. Please fix this or you will lose us ( 13 of us altogether we a grandson next door“

“Bomb food. But lady gave weak portions skimping out for sure. Idk if she was high af but she should not be serving the food. This place is legendary for large portions and she robbed me of that experience. I should not be able to see the bottom of the plate until I’ve actually dug in.“
