Ordered two scoops in a fancy cone plus one scoop in a cup. 16$ for tiny little scoops NOT WORTH the price y’all. I expect to have bigger scoops if your going to charge that much money. Listen to the other reviewers, avoid. Sadly I didnt take a picture of the lil scoop they gave me. But I can confirm it aint worth it.

Not particularly friendly or useful. They will not go out of their way to help you or make a sale. I needed a cake for my son on Saturday for a Sunday party and the teenager there told me I could only choose from what was in the display fridge. So I went to the location in East Palo Alto and they took amazing care of me with a smile. This place never has any energy and is actually quite depressing.

Female employee that was there very unprofessional. Working on banana split order. No kind of greeting nor eye contact, Clearly she knew someone was entering the building because the store bell beeped twice. Almost walked out, when I did attempt to walk out she rudely said what I wanted?? Very disappointed for Baskin Robin located in Menlo Park had very poor customer service.

Nice and clean but i ordered a warm brownie sundae and my brownie wasn’t even warmed… i literally work at baskin robbins nearby and i know its supposed to come warmed. not a complainer but for 12.99 i expect my “warm brownie sundae” brownie to be warmed.

They don’t carry World Class Chocolate!!! A BR without my favorite flavor might as well not exist. This place has lighting that is way, way too bright too. Sunglasses are needed if you came here at night.

I love Baskin-Robbins but we arrived a few minutes earlier than the opening time, waited over 10 minutes AFTER the opening time and literally nobody showed up.

If you want to give your money away... this is a good place. You definitely don't get what you pay for. I paid for a smoothie and received a glass with more than half of ice, literally ice cubes!! and when I go back to complain, the excuse they give me is: "Maybe because of the weather, the blender didn't blend the ice well"!! I'm like, WOW!!! and they just turn around and say. That's how it is!!.....not recommended at all!!!
