Although I do love this particular location, their matcha latte was pretty pathetic, tasting like milk with a hint of matcha. They need to triple the amount of matcha in it, at minimum. I did appreciate the lack of sweetness though. And their egg bites are delicious!
My blended were too icy but ill give em this one this one time. Pete's is my fav. Haven't tried them others in years!!

Great outpost of this chain. Located on the corner across from a small park where you can enjoy your coffee when the weather is nicer... they have some high tables with stools and a few tables with chairs and one available restroom.Seem to do a decent amount of to go orders/mobile orders. But are usually well staffed so things don't take too long. Parking at the back!
