Did they change change the chicken chorizo flatbread ?? Plz change it back! I bit into something hard in this one and it took 3 bites of plain bread before I got any chorizo. This is the only thing I liked from Peet’s. My pumpkin space latte was also so bad. What happened Peet’s 😩

I’ve been buying my coffee here for years and always get a good service except today. Bought a pound of coffee and they usually offer a complimentary coffee or tea, that didn’t happened and when I asked for it she just turned around and she did get my tea but with no words AT ALL. I always tip with my purchases and it seems like my tip today was a waste…oh well! Maybe next time I’ll be lucky and get someone that enjoys working!

Need to hire adults that can remember your order. I’m literally sitting right in front of these children workers and not once did they ask me what I’m waiting for. But can have multiple conversations with each other about nothing. The trash was filled to the brim as well. Hire mature adults.

Today i ordered rose blush matcha ice with carmel drizzle, tasted like syrawberry ice cream.. super yummy snd staff as always PawsomeEfficient and homey.. Drink ordered was latte, turmeric, ginger, 🍯 honey, light foam.. 5 🌟 ⭐️ 💫 stars and is located across the street from a park with plentiful benches.. today i ordered hot chocolate over ice with extra chocolate syrup & extra chocolate drizzle... yummy. And staff was Awesome...

I usually like this Pete’s a lot but they tend to be slow at to go drinks.. or if the barista is on Time the person moving them to the to go area is behind but most importantly the last THREE times i have been, my iced mocha had one inch LESS milk than its supposed to.. maybe because i asked for no whip so they didn’t add the milk?! No other peets does that.

Walked in and it was too crowded. A strong smell of urine upon entering as well. I walked out and wound up not ordering anything.

The baked goods and sandwiches are excellent. Coffee is good and the service fast and friendly. Just what I need of an early morning. The place just feels a bit.... sterile tho.

Very disappointing experience! Techies take up all the tables and don't share Response from server : it's a public space, people can do what they want.
